Her practice of over 30 years is in Industrial Property matters, Trademarks, Licensing and Franchising Law, Intellectual Property Law.
She is an attorney-at-law of Universidad de Nuestra Señora del Rosario (1990) and specialist in Intellectual Property Law – Universidad Externado de Colombia (1998).

Her practice of over 30 years is in Industrial and Intellectual Property Law. She is an attorney-at-law of Universidad del Rosario (1990). Postgrad degree from Universidad Externado de Colombia (1998).

María Paulina leads trademark registration applications and trademarks procedures before Colombian authorities, as well as foreign trademark registrations. She is responsible for drafting Licensing and Franchise Agreements. Likewise, she handles conciliations regarding Trademark Infringement and Trademark Lawsuits before the Council of State.

María Paulina supports the Firm’s corporate area in implementing the wealth protection schemes and corporate matters. She leads the drafting of Private Regulations of Private Interest Foundations, Family Protocols and "Letters of Wishes".
