Her practice of over 30 years is in Industrial Property matters, Trademarks, Licensing and Franchising Law, Intellectual Property Law.
She is an attorney-at-law of Universidad de Nuestra Señora del Rosario (1990) and specialist in Intellectual Property Law – Universidad Externado de Colombia (1998).

María Paulina leads the filing of trademark registration applications before the Colombian authorities, as well as foreign trademark registrations on Latin-American. She is in charge of the preparation of Trademark License Agreements and Franchises. Likewise, leads the procedures of Trademark Conciliations before the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá and Medellín, as well as Trademark Infringement Action proceedings and Lawsuits in trademark matters before the Council of State.
